So we got the ceiling grids in place, A/C ducts finished ran and A/C is all ready to go when electric gets switched over.

We have finished the front flooring tiles and 2 coats rolled on all the top portions of paint colors.

We have finished hanging all the drywall mudding and taping the joints and mudding the screw heads.
